When we got a look at the proposed lease the royalty was to be paid on net sales after production cost. I sent the landman a copy of one of our other leases that paid royalty on gross sales they suddenly ran out of money in the budget for new leases. Pendana/Texhoma leasing co. Norman OK. [...]

Father-in-law has been offered for his 8 net acres sec 15 06n 03w McClain County, Oklahoma either $150 per acre and 3/16 royalty with option to renew for 2 years same bonus and royalty or 5 yrs at $300.00 per acre bonus 3/16 royalty.
