Hi Lorie, I am not sure what the rates are in Lincoln county? We just received an offer to a leas on some rights my Grandpa has that are for 1/8th royalty with $100 per year per acre. The land is in Hughes County. Anyone know if this is a reasonable offer? [...]

It looks like about 90% of the county has 640 spacing as a result of horizontal drilling. Horizontal drilling wellbores extend upwards of 3,000 ft. You can always check with the OK Corporation Committee… http://www.occ.state.ok.us/ they have some good information.
